Housed on MTK building plot 41/43 Nasser road, it was started in 1967 by the current Chairman Mr. F. X. S. Kitaka the first bio-chemist in East and central Africa and also the first Ugandan to run a privately owned Veterinary Pharmaceutical. He was joined and supported by Mr. Randal Tierney and Mr. Edward Martin. Currently its Managing Director is the visionary Mrs. Fiona Migadde who has been at the helm overseeing its steady growth to one of the companies in Uganda.
Others overseeing the smooth running of this well oiled machine include Dr. Francis. X.
